NEW HOME ON SPEC., ANDOVER, MA

This was one of many successful collaborations with Luna Design Group. It is a large home with the ability to expand living space into the attic, or even the basement with some window modifications.

Like many of these collaborations, the project ran from conceptual phase (schematic design) to construction set.  The owner was a general contractor who was developing his own property with a house on "specification".  This means that there was no client involved in the process who was expected to take ownership and occupancy at the completion of construction.
